I have never studied Russian before, or I need to start again from the beginning.I can read and write in Cyrillic, know some basic vocabulary and a few verbs in the present tense but I can’t speak.I can engage in a short conversation about predictable situations using the present tense of regular verbs and the prepositional and accusative cases of singular nouns.I can hold a short conversation using complete sentences in the present and past tenses of basic verbs. I have studied all the case declensions for singular nouns but need to work on it.I am comfortable speaking in the present and past tenses but get stuck on the irregular verbs. I'm familiar with the case endings for nouns in the singular and plural.I am able to communicate speaking in the present, past and future and can apply noun declensions. I have studied the verbs of motion but I don't know them very well.I am very comfortable using all of the indicative tenses in conversation but I may need some review with verbs of motion. The adjective declensions and perfect vs. imperfect verbs are still a mystery to me!I am comfortable speaking about most topics in a one-on-one conversation but not at native speed. I have studied all of the grammar but I’m rusty and need review.I can speak about most topics with fairly grammatical high accuracy but I need to build my vocabulary and fluency.I speak comfortably and rarely don't understand, yet people always know I am not a native speaker.
