Private students (private lessons, family groups, and & kids’ tutoring) must call ABC at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled class, during business hours, to notify us of a cancellation or schedule change. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited (will be deducted from package or charged hourly) as we are obligated to pay for the instructor’s scheduled time.
Business hours (Pacific Time): Monday-Thursday 10:00am – 7:00pm, Friday 10:00am – 5:00pm.
